My guesses are that the Sporkula and Foon are made up, and that the Foodle was intended that way but in fact exists, under some other name. I think I’ve seen it used for lifting and serving spaghetti.

What’s old is new
After a gap of not quite a year, the GoComics feed for Randolph Itch restarted. This one for 2022 March 7 seems to be the first cartoon in the cycle.
Which doesn’t make its meaning clear!
Just for interest, here are the next two cartoons in the cycle. Not as puzzling, maybe.

Okay, this is a double CIDU for me, because Irv (not that Irv) sent it to me with the comment “The 60s called…”
Right now that confuses me just as much as the comic itself does, though I suspect it should help me understand it.
(Yes, I do understand the nature of the trick itself, because I am after all smarter than the average bear)
