??? Is there a joke either in the two panel version or the one panel version? Why does the comic only fill up the middle of the space? Why is there a dotted background, which doesn’t occur in this strip generally? What’s Jaimes trying to say here?
In the early Peanuts comics, Charlie Brown is not always the nice guy everyone walks over. Two examples:
Snoopy fairly early on has behavior beyond standard dog behavior:

Remy’s vocabulary needs a little explanation: Strava is a free/paid app that is used by runners/cyclists/walkers to record time and distance. This is usually posted to Strava friends for kudos.
BQ in that last panel is Boston Qualifier, a time which would qualify you for the Boston Marathon. Women aged 18-34 need a time of 3 hours, 25 minutes or less.
