Sorry if this is veering toward the political, but I take things like censorship kind of seriously.
No, Reverend. you are not “prohibited from saying certain things from the pulpit,” unless those “certain things” involve inciting violence or advocating the overthrow of the government. And even that will generally be free from consequences.

I’m curious because this is outside of my field of expertise — in my family I’m the photographer — but isn’t December 3 a bit late to start making plans, even in the age of digital photos?
And for that matter, could you even book a decent photographer on December 3?

Thanks to chemgal for sending this…

Bonus panel:

“Just kidding. What I did see here was three acceptable jokes (what the cat said, what the @#$% Squirrel said, and the sign) competing for the punchline. And sort of messing things up. That’s my opinion, anyway. ”
Bill: 1) Andréa also submitted this as an LOL (for the name on the sign)
2) I can’t believe this was the first “Schrödinger’s Cat” comic since the Comicalypse
3) Personal note to Andréa: All responses I send to either of the e-mail addresses you sent me are bouncing back.

Do parents actually let their kids drink espresso in supermarkets?

Just saying.
Society really expects a lot from cartoon animals. I mean, look at Pinky and the Brain, the lab mice. Pinky’s portrayed as an idiot — but in a universe where animals don’t talk, he can talk. He’s no Brain, granted, but this is pretty damn impressive.
Even Algernon never talked.
