The demolition sign has an interesting typeface for a cartoon. Since in my area seemingly half the houses (even historic ones) get torn down to be replaced with giant McMansions, I imagine a scenario where upon completion, one changes hands only to be torn down again immediately and built anew, bigger and fancier still.
