There’s a New Serif in Town
Okay, basically he’s saying he might as well not have bothered wearing a shirt and shoes because the rule here isn’t “No shirt, no shoes, no service,” but rather “No serif, no service.”
But… is “serif” supposed to sound like “shirt”? I seem not to be getting what makes this an actual joke.
I kind of sort of know where he’s going or trying to go with this, but…
