Not a CIDU, but this reminds me of a classic New York City moment
Last summer, intersection of 23rd and 6th, a Russian cabbie and an Arabic cabbie, outside of their vehicles (which were blocking said intersection), screaming obscenities at one another in their native languages.
I had the feeling neither of them needed Google Translate.

Honestly, I’d never heard of the dog-butt-dragging thing before a couple of weeks ago, and now it seems to be showing up in more comics than pumpkin spice.
