Okay, if Death comics are going to become Covid-19 comics — as I suspected might happen — we might just have to shut DeathMatch! down.
As a wise man once said, “It’s all fun and games until the @#$% gets real.”

In normal times, this would be a cute way for a couple to meet ten minutes into a Hallmark Channel rom-com.
That might still be what the cartoonist intended, but my takeaway is “Don’t @#$% hoard all the hot dogs and buns!”

Okay, I guess I get the Swedish part, but the rest is a puzzlement.




By “an original Batman comic book ” I assume he means Detective Comics #27, Batman’s first appearance, though that doesn’t really make sense to me.
Now, if he’s said he had a six-pack of toilet paper… well, actually still not.
Is the fact that this was published three days before St. Patricks’s Day relevant? The bat at the end of the rainbow???
