It says CIDU, but the title and geezer tag suggests at least a few people remember the iconic costume from Stop Making Sense.

P.S. @ Darren (1) – This was a complete CIDU for me until I read your comment. I would not have known where to start searching without that info. The lyrics quoted in the title and the first line made sense only in retrospect.
I knew who Byrne is, but I’ve not been a fan and was unfamiliar with the particular video.
