It took me way too long to find the original caption for this Virgil Partch comic. And when I did… major disappointment. Sorry, Virg.

Fireworks
Apparently three weeks ago, there was some expectation that municipal fireworks displays would be happening today.
(Let’s not even discuss why Id would have 4th of July fireworks: Id and BC-land exist outside of rational space and time, and we just have to accept that)
