I’m not quite sure but I think it’s the “doesn’t know how to bait a hook” one. It’s not a very good joke but from what I’ve seen Cash is less about jokes and more about a lighthearted vibe.
Mostly I want to observe that you’ve been tricked by comic strip time: He hasn’t had decades of experience. He’s eight years old.
