Brian’s got it. The kickline is a cliche finale for musicals and revues, but this needs some indicators she’s a showgirl. Maybe a punchline like, “Let her try a few with music.” Or costuming the girl as a CanCan dancer.
I could see the rockette imagery, I just expected the text to be something more. Heck, I think it would work better with just the first coach’s comment. I expected the second balloon to be a punch line or a pun, and it’s neither for me.
It seems the younger coach has a bit of a googly eye problem. Can’t imagine why.

Yeah, writing has that feel of someone working things around to set up a pun. But if there’s one present, I can’t suss it out.

Somehow I understood immediately that she was a dancer. I’m thinking the joke is “wouldn’t X make a great Y?”
As for “Give her a few more kicks-” Maybe he just likes watching her kick and wants to see more?
