Comics I Don't Understand 
“Outside” is not so lovely after the cops have been chasing the cyclist all over the schoolyard and tearing it up. Not to mention not so safe.

As a child (or an adult) I would definitely pick staying home and reading than going outside, let alone doing physical activity outside or inside!
Okay, a good reenactment event might be better than staying home and reading.
