iron

My kids are about 10 years older than Jeremy (though at one time they were about 10 years younger), and as far as I know they have never worn an ironed shirt.

Dress shirts cleaned and pressed at the dry cleaner’s, yes, but we don’t even own an ironing board.

Is ironing casual shirts even a thing in 2019?

good morning

Isn’t this kind of an odd choice of songs to sing to a teenager who does stereotypically stay up late?

By the way, from “Singing in the Rain”:

For the record, I take issue with saying “We’ve worked the whole night through” at 1:30am. Six thirty, with the sun coming up, is working the whole night through. One thirty is just staying up a bit late.

parking meter

Connie is angry because Walt is asking her what took her so long, when the reason for the delay was an insipid text-messaging session they were both involved in?

password zits

Come on, I’m old, and even I know you don’t need wi-fi to post photos. Unless she has the world’s worst cell phone data plan.

For that matter, how does she not already know her boyfriend’s wi-fi password?
