Anthropomorphized animals in comics are common, but sometimes confusing. How much are we supposed to think of these as having dog characteristics, and how much as human characteristics?
In this case, the applicant put of their resume that they rolled over in 2017 — 9 years ago if this isn’t a rerun. Is rolling over a good thing, showing the ability to master a skill, or a bad thing, like giving up or showing too much subservience.
Or, is it necessarily a resume (since it’s more than one page) — maybe an assessment by an outside agency?
Another anthropormorphized animal comic, but this one is in the LOL category. (not a CIDU)

It’s definitely a resume. The hiring dog says so and there’s no indication that it’s trying to mislead us. Given that, I think it’s safe to assume rolling over is positive, since you don’t put negative things on your resume. So the hiring dog is just asking the applicant about a skill it’s used in the past, which is a normal thing to do in a job interview. It’s just dog skills instead of human vocational skills.
