Those were all pretty cute. The art in the second strip (“Monty”?) seems a bit cluttered.
The Monty strip made me wonder how the ball managed to hit his eye. Seems like it would have a difficult time passing by the nose.

Chak – Why? We have no depth for the path of the ball and it easily could have come from his right side and hit his right eye. It doesn’t need to pass the nose at all. The nose might even work as a backboard.
Sally Forth has really been going to the “characters are aware they’re in a comic strip” a lot later.
