The “Hey Lard” one is a total mystery to me. The Whamond right after it is is good laugh, though.
Classic wrist watches use Roman numerals. Lard, (I guess that is his/its name) is declaring they will have to pry the Roman numerals from his cold dead wrist.
I think guero has it. It helps if you know that “not on my watch” is idiomatic for “not if I have anything to say about it”–that doesn’t relate precisely but is what makes the “not on my watch”, um, something (not quite funny, not quite ironic…something).
