I don’t think it matters what the actor’s/person’s name is, it could be Madonna or whatever, it’s just funny that the guy is making $500 to walk the single dog that he probably doesn’t even care about. It’s just a job.
Right, it doesn’t really matter who the celebrity is. But “Reynolds” allowed editor Zbicyclist to make a joke in the post title, playing off “foil” — at one time “Reynolds Wrap” was a big brand name in aluminum foil.
I briefly considered whether the dark glasses might mean that the guy was supposed to be Ryan Reynolds in disguise, but the likeness is probably just coincidental:
