Cap’s primary interest is abusing Ralston for no other reason than that he is there:
P.S. The headline is of course a reference to the webcomic “Bug Martini“, whose update frequency has become a little haphazard, but is still usually well worth reading.
That’s what I thought, too . . . but wanted to see if anyone else had a better idea.
Cap is making an extended Bugs Bunny joke, perhaps. It’d be at the high end of his humor range.
Just in case anyone misunderstands my P.S.: the relationship to “Bug Martini” applies only to the CIDU post’s headline, because “Bug” didn’t start until Oct. 2009, more than a year after the original date of the “Ink Pen” strip (and “Martini” wasn’t added to the title until years later).
