I think the gag is supposed to be that the kid has just suggested an NSFW solution, but King Features would be very unlikely to condone such activity in print. A more practical (and editorially acceptable) idea would be to break the bank at the carnival, but even the winnings from a thousand rounds of “ring toss” is not going to cover that garage bill.

Today’s strip is not much help. He asks a midway barker if the game is rigged and the rest of the strip veers off into absurdity.
