Comics I Don't Understand 
I’m not sure a building with no heat and no hot water qualifies as a “house” anymore. It’s certainly not a home.

He must live somewhere reasonably mild. If I didn’t heat the house over one winter I’d have burst pipes everywhere. Of course, if I would get finished downsizing and sell the thing, then that would no longer be a concern.
