Kedamono sends this in, giving us some background on what’s happening in the strip: “Queen Victoria is rebooting after the incident of the Infinite Vickies. (Go read the comic for more elucidation.) This is the second strip after they started the reboot. What perplexes me is the “0/0/0” in the bottom left corner of panel 1. Since there isn’t a “year zero” in the Gregorian Calendar, let alone zero day or month, is it a different date? Or something else?”

Also, is this date in mm/dd/yyyy, dd/mm/yyyy, or yyyy/mm/dd format?
That was February 6. On February 7, here was a strip referencing Scott Adams death. Then nothing until Feb 12.
That one is in CIDU territory for your editor:

No comics since, up to February 15. Your editor is only an occasional reader of this strip. (I lost interest with all the endless strips about elephants.)
If they’re rebooting the universe, then “0/0/0” is the new starting point, and the date format would be irrelevant at that instant.
Assuming that the portrait is Scott Adams, it might help to know what the phone-shaped backdrop is supposed to bve.

Dilbert’s cubicle(or the divider for it).
In the second strip, Victoria is in a block of ice (frozen like Walt Disney is reputed to be). In the last panel, a hair dryer is being used to start thawing her out.
The second (?) strip, referencing Scott Adams, is not showing for me.
@Powers: I did not include the Feb 7 strip mentioning Adams.
Yesterday’s strip explains the missing days. Pab Sugenis draws with his foot.
The “Dilbert” strip.

I can see Rat wanting to keep Dogbert from coming onto his turf.
