While the chalkwork is a little sloppy (a zero exponent drifts down a bit too much), the actual derivation is correct. It’s a long-winded way to get that the derivative of a constant is zero, but it gets there.
In addition to being more ept, I’d like to be more kempt and start getting regruntled.
I think we now have an idea of what the inside of the cartoonist’s office looks like.
