Is the Mutts a reference to the sphinx breed of cat?
I only know about half of those texting things (as they are used today).
I could not offhand expand BTC or CUL. I recognize “that slaps” or “it’s really slapping”, but not SLAP taken as a four-letter acronym or initialism.

If CUL is “See you later” that would fit with how come “See you next Tuesday” must be avoided in polite company.
