If it were “Look out. Skydivers”, I’d understand. But that they’re supposed to be BASE jumpers, I don’t get. Does that mean that the angels are down low or that there’s something unseen to jump from up super high? And are the (parachuteless?) wingsuits important?
Base jumpers are people who jump off bridges or buildings. Now they are in heaven jumping off the clouds.
Details of the BASE acronym: “”BASE” is an acronym that stands for four categories of fixed objects from which one can jump: buildings, antennas (referring to radio masts), spans (bridges), and earth (cliffs).”
I *think* these BASE jumpers are wearing wingsuits that make them look like baseball bases. Maybe? No idea how the angels fit into it.
All I can is the baseball base thing, like DNH suggests. The angels do seem to support Kevin’s suggestion, but how does BASE fit into that?
Wingsuits are commonly used in BASE jumping. I don’t think this has anything to do with baseball.
If the parachuted guys are jumping off of any of those things, then heaven must be a lot closer than I was told.
Maybe those guys at Babel had the right idea.
When a BASE jumper dies and goes to heaven, they don’t stop being a BASE jumper.
I learned something today. I had thought BASE jumpers were the same as bungee jumpers.
Heaven isn’t particularly low. Those BASE jumpers are particularly high up.
Also, angels have wings. These people do as well.
@Ed, I had the same mistaken idea!
Depending on the activity, the flying squirrel outfit may or not be used.
Bungee jumping is a type of BASE jumping.
