Whoops, I must have accidentally clicked “AM” instead of “PM” when I scheduled this. So Hannukah technically isn’t quite over yet. But it will be in less than 8 hours (at my location), so I might as well leave this post up.
Just to clarify the silly wordplay: a “chukka” is a “period of play in polo, … which is 7 minutes long“.
Does it look to anyone else as if there is an oil spill in the water polo pool?
Yes, ugly. But not oil slicks, just attempts to draw expanding circular ripples from random small splashes going on at a pool.
Given that this is a good old Reality Check without any rodent incursions, I’m more than willing to accept the limitations imposed by monochrome artwork.
Even though it’s a few days late (and perhaps not the right location), I still think it’s worth posting “Bohemian Chanukah” again:
