Even putting aside the fact that “They never should have broken up Ma Bell” is a Geezer reference the character is way too young to be using (as pointed out by Andréa), what does he even mean? That if Bell Telephone hadn’t been broken up there wouldn’t be any any cell phones or computers today?

So… the cat’s going to choke to death and ha-ha??
And since when do dogs learn the Heimlich Maneuver anyway?

These are all comics strip characters who were around in the early days of the 21st century — but since I have no idea how old this “classic” strip is, it’s hard to say how relevant to the joke it is that they’re not all still around in 2019.
Also, I’m not sure what the joke is.

At least Sergio is telling him not to do it.
By the way, this is continuing the recent tradition of every couple of weeks Baldo acting completely out of character for the sake of a punchline that doesn’t even make any sense.

Why is Frazz giving her tips for the more efficient flushing of oranges rather than just telling her to, as Samuel L. Jackson would say, stop flushing those !@#$ oranges down the !@#$ toilet?
And for that matter, what’s wrong with her that she’s doing this in the first place? This isn’t normal behavior.
