A pun on “pictures or it didn’t happen.”
What sheep (1) said. A common saying on the Internet where talk is cheap and witnesses to extraordinary events may well be sock puppets. Photographic evidence can be faked – and it gets easier every year – but is usually reliable enough for the stakes involved (typically zero).
The phrase is usually written as “Pix or it didn’t happen,” so in theory, the “pix” bit could be extended to any word beginning with a “pick” sound.
…or “piccies”.
What’s with the spikey haired guy reaching past red shirt guy to tap the girl?

He is also say “MMMM.” which certainly implies he wants to eat the pickles as he likes them.
