Hubby has lost his head (!), the doctor wants to find a replacement and perform the transplant right away, the wife says don’t be in such a hurry, if we take our time I can pick a really good one from the potential replacements as they become available. BTW, LOL!

I read it as the doc has found a donor body for organs (e.g. due to a beheading in a car accident), but she’s being picky about whose kidney, heart, etc. she wants, since that’s not the greatest body there on the table. Danny Boy’s explanation makes more sense.

It has been a couple years since CIDU Bill’s retelling (in honor of his uncle Irv) has been seen here, so here’s a link to the Kowalski story.
Sorry, without his original head – husband would not be himself and I am talking about his mind and personality not anything else.
All of you only have to put up with me for a few posts which you can easily jump over and ignore – he and I are with each other all day every day. Right now I am downstairs on my laptop and he is upstairs on his desktop computer - about as far apart as we get these years, not like when we each went to work separately.
And we have not even tried to kill each other yet! :-)
