   Gentle hint today I think:

   I recall having one of those cheap and corny “101 Jokes” books as a kid and one of the jokes was:

   “If athletes get athlete’s foot and tennis players get tennis elbow, what do astronauts get?”

   “Missile Toe” (complete with drawing of an astronaut whose foot had swollen into the shape of a rocketship)

   Not really a very good joke, but for whatever reason I remember it well.
