Dirk the Daring sends in this one: “I just don’t get it. Is he happy about the Eden thing and she’s not? This is actually what he expected? If so, it’s phrased oddly. It should be something like “Well, what did you expect from ‘Authentic apple-picking experience’”.
Or if it’s not what he expected, then “Well, this isn’t what I thought…”

The apple one – It’s the modern day. not Biblical times. The guy thought that to pick apples he’d have to get naked like Adam. Then he was surprised when everyone else didn’t do the same.
Have you never gone somewhere based on a sign and it turned out to be very different from what you expected?
Like you sign up for a “Learn How to Be a Stripper” class and they teach you how to take paint off of houses to prepare them for repainting?
