She is in the third act of a three act play, her last act.
Could be Act 3 of a five act play? Is she middle aged? ;-)

I think Targuman has it.
Targuman has is, but Ian’s Shakespearean suggestion is kinder.
I hope she didn’t have a gun on her wall in Act 1.
Maybe she’s avoiding the question, but left off the first-person singular pronoun at the start of her sentence… “I act 3.”
Bravo, Stan!
As I recall when asking an older woman (long before I became one) how old she was would result in some comment such as “That is NOT a polite question.”
Joke from a long time ago: Little Red Riding Hood and her mother lived next door to Old Mother Hubbard. Mrs. Hood was always concerned about Mrs. Hubbard’s health. One day she said to her daughter, “Little Red, go next door and find out how Old Mother Hubbard is.”
Little Red came back and said “Mother Hubbard says it’s none of your business how old she is.”
:-)
