I think the guy drawing the pentagram on the floor is talking to one of the other hooded figures. The joke is the contrast between summoning a demon, or other unholy figure, and having a cheery holiday with the family.
No. That’s Rosemary’s daughter. The coven/tribe/gang are communicating with Satan, asking if he’s coming to visit during the holidays. The humour is that why would Old Scratch in any way observe human holiday’s especially his opponent’s birthday? And that the phone call is like many more mundane human interactions. Also, it looks like a summoning ritual, so I’m not sure if that is the correct procedure to “make a call”, but what do I know?
Slightly different take. They’re the sons (and daughters) of satan and are coordinating plans for the holidays.
Rosemary’s daughter IS the daughter of Satan. She even has her father’s eyes.
I know that Rosemary’s kid can be a jerk at time, but jeez…
Actually SB, I composed while yours was posting. And I promise I’ll listen to Andréa’s link.
I think this is an example of heightening. The joke was originally kids using an Ouija board, e.g., asking Dead-Gramma.
But then the writer realized it would be funnier if they were actual satanists.
My original thought was the same as frosteddonut’s. I suspect the rest of you are right. If so, it’s a drawing fail in that they’re obviously not done with the ritual; Still drawing the final stroke, not circling the circle, etc.

By “holidays” do they mean Walpurgisnacht?
