Apparently yes. Apparently the joke is that the biting honesty is not an comment about herself but about management. I’d say this is unclear on the concept of “Honest Answers to Self-Evaluation Questions” jokes.
There are some things I miss about being a productive member of society, but the BS like employee surveys and such isn’t included therein.
