Maybe he’s realizing what their future daughter could look like.
I thought the two women in the photo were the same person, and that the montage was part of the joke. Mason’s “merger” of characteristics is a laudable twist.

The two women are not the same person, which is clear if you view the whole series of stock photos.
Maybe Rodney’s just happy to see that his sister is looking relatively healthy now that her new ‘job’ has her on a day shift, so she gets lots of fresh air?

@Powers I’ve seen this image for a long time (several years now?), but only discovered the entire series of photos recently. They get very dark.

Rodney is with a pretty girl but he’s ogling an ugly girl because the ugly girl looks like him. It’s funny because his standards of beauty are different because he is ugly.

Well, I’ll admit that I am attracted to large women who wear eyeglasses. But muttonchop whiskers, not so much.
