Yes, but unfortunately I’m not sure of the non-pun intended meaning of “medium salsa”. Is that about a moderately spiced condiment / sauce, or moderate tempo Latin American music / dance?

El Gauchos makes me think of a Chinese restaurant that was in Cambridge, Massachusetts many years ago. The name of it was “Ta Chien.” The name made us think it was a French restaurant, but of course if French it would have had a grammatical problem like “El Gauchos”. Either “Ton Chien” or “Ta Chienne” would have been correct.
It did surprisingly well for a Chinese restaurant people thought was named “Your Dog”.

“Ta Chien”: a friend of mine always called it “La Biche” but that means “The Doe”, as in Doe, a deer, a female deer.
“Dog” in French is “le chien” and the masculine form is always used unless there is some reason to denote the dog as female. English also has masculine and feminine words for “dog” and we also always use the masculine form unless for some reason we really want to specify female, as for instance at a dog show.
