This one deserves a G-rated “Arlo” tag. She’s suggesting that since he’s left-handed, he should move so that she can be held (and/or caressed) by his more “dextrous” digits.

It’s Peter Arno, so Kilby is almost certainly correct. But as they’re sitting now, he can put his right arm around her and leave his more skilled hand for freer action. So it is possible she’s trying to coll him off a little, too.
As a lefty myself, I have to question this comic assuming Kilby’s interpretation is correct. It’s a right handed world, so left handers become pretty adept at using both hands fairly equally.
MarkM: I don’t think the comic really made sense anyway. These skills here seem ones that most men would be adept with either hand, and as DemetriosX says, you can make a case for the other hand being the more important one anyway.
