This is definitely a re-run, and although Arthur has it @1, I still think the saleswoman should have advised him to get a jockstrap.
It might have helped if the artist had drawn a couple more customers in the background with “normal” noses like the seller’s… the customer at present just seems to have a cartoon character’s traditionally-exaggerated nose, not a “real” really big nose that in real life would be utterly astonishing.
Boise Ed beat me to an “Amazon” reference, but I’d go with “Looking for a single cup bra? Wouldn’t you check out Amazon for that?” Da-da-DUM!
