When I first saw this, I didn’t notice the caption above the
picture. I think it’s at least as funny that way.
Maybe the toothpick has been used, so the vampire hunter is passing his germs along.
This sort of stuff always reminds me of a friend in college who had a vampire nightmare. The next day he told us that he tried to escape by looking for a spoke wrench (to unscrew the vampire’s fangs).
Oh, in fact I did not get it until Arthur’s comment made me really take in the top caption.
