People like this idea of dreaming about flying and have happy, sometimes euphoric, memories of those they have but its actually very rare and hard to dream about flying and becomes rarer the older you get. When one does dream about flying its often ephemeral with constant problems and failings a frequent one being just as it is going well, you start falling and can’t manage to get flying again.
