It seems that Leigh Rubin has developed a taste for scatalogical humor, this is the 3rd or 4th “Rubes” I’ve seen in recent weeks with a $#!+-based punchline.
Andrea: FYI, I removed and reinstalled AdBlock, and I no longer see any YouTube ads. (OT, but I can’t remember the thread where we were discussing this – and I guess it was OT there too, anyway.)
I was going to send in today’s Rubes as an ewww for much the same reason. But since the conversation is already there, here it is:
I can’t prove it, but a couple of decades ago or more Saturday Night Live ran a spoof commercial for a laxative that worked by scaring the user “$#@!-less” (I forget how they phrased the actual tagline.)
