If I had a place with a photo kiosk and it didn’t look like the kind of place that would have a photo kiosk, that’s exactly why I’d have a sign.
Given the looks of the place, I’d expect a printer attached to the owner’s computer, rather than a kiosk.
You went there and you came away with a digital photo so I think it’s fair to say that you got a digital photo there.
